Kevin Stoffey “Big Stoff”

Where is he from?

He graduated from Fox High School in Arnold.  

Where did he go to college?

He attended college at Meramec and then transferred to the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

How long has he been at Windsor?

He has been here for 39 years total. He taught and was a counselor for 31 years before retiring and has been coaching and filling in whenever called upon for the last eight years.  

What is his athletic background?

In high school, Stoffey played football and wrestled, and in college he wrestled at both Meramec and UMSL.  

What is his favorite thing about coaching?

His favorite thing about coaching is working with the kids and the camaraderie with the other coaches.  

What is his proudest moment as a coach/teacher?

His proudest moments came from watching and coaching both his sons as they participated in athletics at Windsor.

Who is in his family?

He is married to his wife, Linda. Together they have three kids–Dan, Jeff, and Jennifer. All of Stoffey’s kids are Windsor graduates.

What is his favorite movie & food?

His favorite movie is a tie between Vision Quest and Rocky, and his favorite food is pizza.
