We all know Dr. Rachel Montgomery from a scholastic viewpoint, but do you know what she does outside of school? What she likes and dislikes?

What is your dream job?

“I would love to be a QVC host. Those are the people that present items on the shopping TV channels. I think I would be great at it.”

What is your favorite sport?

“I like about every sport except professional basketball.”

What do you spend most of your time doing outside of school?

“I am normally with my family going to one of my daughter’s softball games. We are always doing something for softball.”

What is your favorite song?

“I don’t really listen to or like music that much. I also don’t watch TV or movies that often, but my favorite movie is American President.”

Do you have a favorite meal?

“I love the stuffed mushroom raviolis from Local House. They are delicious!”

Did you have any weird jobs when you were younger?

“I used to teach gymnastics to little girls when I was younger.”

Do you have any pet peeves?

“It annoys me when my family does not put toilet paper back on the holder. I also do not like liars and social media.”

Are there any commonly liked foods that you do not like?

“Not really, but I do only like to eat one thing at a time. If I had it my way, I would even go as far as putting every item on its own plate.”

Do you have any superstitions? I don’t have any superstitions, but I have a daily routine that I follow. I turn my lamp on every morning, but it doesn’t bother me if I forget to do it.”

Do you have a favorite vacation? If so, why?

“When I went to Disney World with my children, husband, and parents was the most memorable. I loved that I got to watch my parents see how happy my kids were running around Disney.”

Do you have any pets?

“I have three dogs. Laila Louise, Lola Sue, and Vegas Victor. We also have a hamster named Frosty.”

If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be?

“I’d like to be somewhere on a beach.”
