Where is she from?

Kovach is from Oakville.  

Where did she go to college?

She attended the University of Missouri.

How long has she been at Windsor?

Kovach has been a teacher at Windsor for eight years. Prior to that, she worked for the Lindbergh and Hazelwood school districts.

What is her athletic background?

In high school, she played four years of softball and two years of basketball. After breaking her ankle two times during her sophomore year of basketball, she decided to  focus solely on softball. 

What is her favorite thing about coaching?

Kovach likes how tight knit and close the girls get as the season goes on.  

What is her proudest moment as a coach/teacher?

Her proudest moment is when Windsor beat DeSoto at Windsor in 2014 for the conference championship in softball.

Who is she close with in her family?

Kovach is close with her younger brother, Chris, who is an amateur golfer, and both of her parents. She also two dogs–Maddie and Chloe.

What is her favorite movie & food?

Kovach’s favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption and her favorite food is burgers.
