Athlete of the Month: Camryn Clark

Sport: Basketball

Stats: Clark was named to the All-tournament team at the Affton Tournament. Over the course of the tournament, Clark put up 19 points and grabbed 20 rebounds.

How does it make you feel to have been rewarded with an all tournament team spot for all of your hard work? “It’s a blessing. Being that basketball is my second sport, it just shows all the work that I’ve put in for the past few years has finally paid off.”

What have been some changes the team has made leading to what is now a two game winning streak? “We have upped our defense now and everybody is playing as a team. We get along. It really shows on the court when we do well together and everyone is up and happy for each other.”
